Overview
You will manage full-cycle searches and keep the process fair and quick for candidates. This is a fully remote position for candidates in the US, working through the applicant tracking system, LinkedIn sourcing, and video intake calls with hiring managers.
What you will do
- Run intake meetings and agree on clear role criteria.
- Source and engage engineering and product candidates.
- Keep candidates informed at every stage of the process.
- Report funnel data and improve time to hire.
What you bring
- 3+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting.
- Strong sourcing skills beyond inbound applicants.
- Able to discuss engineering roles credibly with candidates.
- Working knowledge of fair hiring and pay transparency rules.
