Overview
You will keep the day-to-day books clean and help the company close each month on time. This is a fully remote role for candidates in the US, working in the accounting system, shared close checklists, and regular video reviews with finance.
What you will do
- Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Post journal entries during the monthly close.
- Process customer invoices and vendor payments.
- Prepare schedules and documents for audits.
What you bring
- 1+ years in accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Bonus: experience with NetSuite or QuickBooks.
