Overview

You will own how product and business data moves into the warehouse and how it is modeled once there. This is a fully remote position for candidates in the US, with work done in dbt, SQL, and written data contracts agreed with the teams that depend on them.

What you will do

  • Build and monitor batch and event pipelines into the warehouse.
  • Model revenue, usage, and retention data in dbt.
  • Set data quality checks and fix failures at the source.
  • Partner with finance so reported metrics match the books.

What you bring

  • 4+ years in data engineering.
  • Strong SQL plus Python for pipeline work.
  • Experience with dbt and a cloud warehouse such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Bonus: experience with SaaS metrics such as ARR and net retention.
